Description

Plug valve using a sleeve connection between the plug and the valve body to achieve sealing. Provides reliable shut-off, smooth media flow, two-way flow capability, self-cleaning metal lip seals, and low flow resistance. Compatible with pneumatic and electric actuators for remote operation. Suitable for viscous and scaling media in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, paper making, food processing, pharmaceutical, fertiliser, and power industry applications.

Selection notes

This plug valve is a sleeve pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
