Description

Track-guided plug valve with Double Block and Bleed (DBB) functionality, rising stem with guide groove, and bolted or pressure-seal bonnet. Achieves low-torque operation and zero leakage with no contact friction between sealing surfaces during switching. Rated for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive service. Optional bypass balanced pressure design available.

Selection notes

This plug valve is a double block and bleed and rising stem pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, PN420, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include petroleum, chemical media, corrosive media, pharmaceutical media, fertiliser process media and power generation fluids.

It is catalogued for Oil & Gas.

Working temperature is -46°C to 200°C.

Built to API 6D, API 599, ASME B16.34, GB/T 12224 and GB/T 20173.

Plug Valves configurations

View full Plug Valves system →
This product is part of the Plug Valves modular system. All configurations share the same hydraulically operated body: the control function is set by the pilot valve(s) attached. An existing Plug Valves body in the field can be reconfigured for a different duty simply by swapping the pilot, without replacing the body.
