Description

A plug valve employing a dual-action lift-then-rotate mechanism to achieve zero-friction operation during opening and closing. Both the valve body and plug are precisely ground, incorporating a self-cleaning sealing surface design suitable for high-pressure differential, crystallising media, and media containing solid particles. Hydraulic balancing technology reduces operating torque. The integral forged valve body supports pressure ratings up to Class 2500. Fire-safe design compliant with API 607 and API 6Fa.

Plug Valves configurations

View full Plug Valves system →
This product is part of the Plug Valves modular system. All configurations share the same hydraulically operated body: the control function is set by the pilot valve(s) attached. An existing Plug Valves body in the field can be reconfigured for a different duty simply by swapping the pilot, without replacing the body.
