Description
A wafer-type disc check valve available in PN16 and PN40 pressure ratings, covering size ranges DN15 to DN200. The valve uses a spring or springless disc mechanism to prevent backflow, with face-to-face dimensions per EN 558 Series 49, DIN 3202/3-K4, and ISO 5752.
Selection notes
This check valve is a disc and wafer type pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN15 to DN200, in PN16, PN25, PN40.
The body is offered in Bronze, Steel and AISI 316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
It is catalogued for Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -196°C to 425°C, by material, and the pressure rating falls as temperature rises: read the pressure-temperature table below rather than the headline class.
Built to EN 558 Serie 49, DIN 3202/3-K4, ISO 5752, EN 12266 and DIN 2501.
