Description

Swing-type single disc check valve with a body of high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel, designed for automatic unidirectional flow control. The valve disc seating surface is clad with hard alloy for wear resistance under high-pressure and high-speed conditions. An optimised fluid dynamics design reduces water hammer impact. A spring-assisted closing option is available to prevent backflow. Compact structure with no restriction on installation orientation.

Selection notes

This check valve is a single disc and swing pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN300, in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon steel, Stainless steel and Alloy steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
