Description

A series of angle-pattern control valves featuring a compact valve body with a 90-degree right-angle flow channel, low pressure drop, large flow capacity, and high flow curve accuracy. Designed for regulating high-viscosity fluids containing suspended solids, granular materials, or coking media. Equipped with an RSMF-type multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator as standard.

This control valve is a angle, single-seat angle, cage-guided angle, venturi angle, high-pressure angle and bellows-sealed angle pattern.

Sizes run DN40 to DN300, in PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, Class 150, Class 300, Class 600.

The body is offered in WCB, C5, CF8 and CF8M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include high-viscosity fluids, fluids containing suspended solids, fluids containing granular materials, fluids subject to coking or adhesion, fluids containing particles and mud and vaporising fluids.

Working temperature is -196°C to 525°C.
