Description

Multi-stage pressure-reducing control valve for high-pressure pipeline systems in petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries. Provides precise flow and pressure regulation under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions. Available in multi-stage valve trim and multi-layer valve cage configurations to suppress cavitation, flashing, vibration, and high noise. Accommodates various actuator types and body connection forms.

Selection notes

This control valve is a multi-stage pressure-reducing and high-pressure pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN25 to DN450, in Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in WCB, WCC, LCB and LCC, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include high-pressure differential fluids, fluids containing particles, cavitating fluids and flashing fluids.

It is catalogued for Oil & Gas.

Working temperature is -5°C to 566°C, by material.

Linear Series configurations

View full Linear Series system →
This product is part of the Linear Series modular system. All configurations share the same hydraulically operated body: the control function is set by the pilot valve(s) attached. An existing Linear Series body in the field can be reconfigured for a different duty simply by swapping the pilot, without replacing the body.
