Description

A top-guided single-seat control valve with an S-shaped streamlined fluid channel, providing low pressure drop loss, large flow capacity, and wide adjustable range. Equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator offering compact structure and large output force. Suitable for controlling various fluids across a broad range of pressures and temperatures, with options for air-to-open or air-to-close configurations.

Selection notes

This control valve is a single-seat and top-guided pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN15 to DN300, in PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in WCB, WCC, LCB and LCC, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include water, petroleum/petrochemical fluids, chemical fluids, metallurgical process fluids, cryogenic fluids and strong corrosive media (acids and alkalis) (cf701 variant).

It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Oil & Gas.

Working temperature is -196°C to 525°C, by material.

Linear Series configurations

View full Linear Series system →
This product is part of the Linear Series modular system. All configurations share the same hydraulically operated body: the control function is set by the pilot valve(s) attached. An existing Linear Series body in the field can be reconfigured for a different duty simply by swapping the pilot, without replacing the body.
