Actuation options
Description
Flanged gate valve rated to PN100, covering sizes DN50 to DN300. Designed to EN 1171 and DIN 3352 with face-to-face dimensions per EN 558 Series 26 and DIN 3202 F7. Operating temperature range is -20 to +400 °C. Flange ends to DIN EN 1092-1. Tested to DIN EN 12266.
Selection notes
This gate valve is supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN300, in PN100.
The body is offered in GS-C25 (GP240GH)(1.0619), A216 WCB, A217 WC6 and WC9, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are 13Cr, Stellite 6, Stellite 12 and SS304. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -20°C to 400°C, by material, and the pressure rating falls as temperature rises: read the pressure-temperature table below rather than the headline class.
