Description

The A10B is a bi-level float control configuration of the A900 main valve body, using P10A and P10B float pilots to set independent low-level and high-level control points. The low-level pilot triggers refill; the high-level pilot cuts off supply when the tank is full. The two-pilot arrangement provides a dead-band between fill and cut-off, preventing rapid cycling on reservoirs and break pressure tanks. A float valve switch can be added for alarm or SCADA output.

Selection notes

This control valve is supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN800, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is EN-GJS-500-7.

Seat and trim options are Stainless Steel AISI 304. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include clean water.

It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater.

Working temperature is -10°C to 80°C.
