Description

The A800 is a pressure differential configuration of the A900 main valve body, fitted with a P20A differential pressure pilot. The pilot senses pressure at two points in a pipeline or loop and modulates the main valve to maintain a constant differential between them. Used in heating and cooling networks, building services and industrial water systems to ensure stable flow distribution across multiple branches. An Alpine orifice plate can be used to provide the differential pressure sensing signal.

Selection notes

This control valve is supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN800, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is EN-GJS-500-7.

Seat and trim options are AISI 304 and 316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include water.

Working temperature is -10°C to 80°C.
