Description

The A206 adds a solenoid pilot to the A200 pressure reducing configuration of the A900 main valve body. Under normal operation the P200 pilot reduces downstream pressure to the set point. On solenoid energisation the valve is driven fully closed to isolate supply independently of the PRV function. Used in SCADA-controlled networks where emergency isolation or scheduled off-supply is required at pressure reducing stations. An on/off accelerator can be added to increase closure speed.

Selection notes

This control valve is supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN800, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is EN-GJS-500-7.

Seat and trim options are Stainless Steel AISI 304 and Stainless Steel AISI 316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Working temperature is -10°C to 80°C.
