Description

The A204 combines downstream pressure reducing and flow limiting in a single A900 valve body, using a P200 reducing pilot and P400 flow control pilot. Under normal demand the P200 pilot controls downstream pressure; when demand exceeds the flow limit the P400 pilot takes authority regardless of the PRV set point. An Alpine orifice plate provides the differential pressure signal for the flow pilot. Used at district supply points where both pressure and maximum demand must be controlled.

Selection notes

This control valve is supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1000, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is EN-GJS-500-7.

Seat and trim options are AISI 304 and 316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
