The A6DV features two independent solenoid pilots controlling the open and close functions separately
This allows opening and closing rates to be adjusted independently via needle valves in each solenoid circuit, providing more precise control of valve stroke rate than a single solenoid design
Used where slow opening but fast closing, or vice versa, is required to match specific system hydraulics

Description

The A6DV is a dual solenoid configuration of the A900 main valve body with independent pilots controlling the open and close functions. Independent needle valves in each solenoid circuit allow opening and closing rates to be set separately, providing precise control of stroke speed in both directions. Used where slow opening but fast closing, or vice versa, is required to match specific system hydraulics - for example, slow open on pump start combined with fast close on pump trip.

Selection notes

This control valve is supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN10, PN16, TE.

The body is EN-GJS-450-12.

Seat and trim options are AISI 304. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
